Electronic Solutions develops the avionics, navigation systems, sensors and electromagnetic defense technology that help aircraft perform safely and with precision.
You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrive quality improvements and culture throughout the facility by strict adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, driving corrective actions and preventive measures.
Conduct CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining manufacturing efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with PPAP, NCR/MRB, CAPA, and FMEA processes.
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools, including statistical analysis software and quality improvement methodologies.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
Experience in supplier quality management and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
