Job Title
QA Specialist, Quality Management Systems (QMS)
LocationRedmond, WA (site‑based; visits Seattle, WA site occasionally)

Responsibilities- Execute day‑to‑day QA responsibilities for GMP manufacturing.
- Build and enhance quality assurance systems.
- Review and assess all quality events in eQMS (deviations, change control, CAPA, risk assessment, management review, complaint investigation, product quality review, etc.) to assure compliance with regulatory and G‑QMS requirements.
- Provide inputs and reviews on communications regarding the status of deliverables to customers, management, and stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and deliver training on QMS process or system changes.
- Support QA QMS in internal and external client audits and regulatory inspections (including SME for QMS processes and individual records).
- Monitor and review effectiveness of QMS through trending, analysis, and metrics; report findings and opportunities for continuous improvement to top management and G‑QMS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a biological or engineering science.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a biopharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing or similar environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate cross‑functionally.
- Proven attention to detail.

Base pay range: $90,000–$100,000 per year; additional rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) company match, flexible paid time off and paid holidays, wellness and transportation benefits.
