Salary Range: $35/hr to $45/hr on W2 Introduction
The Marketing Assistant role involves supporting the execution of quantitative research studies, focusing on survey development, data processing, and report creation. This position is remote, offering a chance to work in a fast-paced tech environment with a small team ensuring high visibility across projects.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in market research or analytics
- Strong experience with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher)
- Proficiency in Excel (crosstabs, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Experience with statistical tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
- Familiarity with quantitative methods (e.g., segmentation, regression, weighting)
- Background in advertiser, marketing, or technology research
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with quantitative methods (e.g., segmentation, regression, weighting)
- Background in advertiser, marketing, or technology research
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, market research, consumer insights, or related fields
- Develop initial drafts of survey questionnaires aligned to research objectives
- Program surveys using standard platforms and conduct thorough QA
- Clean and prepare datasets for analysis and build structured crosstabs
- Execute defined analysis plans and develop clear, data-backed insights
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress or risks proactively
- End-to-end ownership of research execution
