UX Researcher III

Our client, a leader in innovative technology development, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be part of the Reality Labs department supporting cutting‑edge research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UX Researcher III

Location: Redmond, WA (onsite role; no remote options)

Pay Range: $70-$75

• Design and conduct research to guide the development of innovative AI glasses user experiences, focusing on speech communication and human‑AI interaction.
• Evaluate and iterate on audio and communication features for AI wearables by understanding user perceptions and interactions.
• Translate research insights into clear, measurable recommendations and actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to influence the development and integration of future AI wearable experiences.
• Independently manage research activities including data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

• MA/MS in Cognitive Psychology, Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Speech and Hearing Sciences, Neuroscience, or a related UX field.
• 2+ years of experience conducting applied research on consumer products with both lab‑based and remote quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics, surveys, and experimental design.
• 2+ years of experience with qualitative research methods such as interviews and diary studies.
• At least 1 year of experience working within cross‑functional teams.
