Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension up to 18 Months)
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to support the execution of quantitative research studies from survey development through final reporting. This role is responsible for survey programming, data processing, statistical analysis, crosstab development, and insight generation that enables data-driven business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics, strong quantitative research skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple research projects while delivering high-quality research outputs.
Key Responsibilities Survey Design & Programming- Design and develop survey questionnaires aligned with research objective
- Apply survey methodology best practices to improve question quality, logical flow, and minimize respondent bia
- Program surveys using Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar survey platforms, including survey logic, piping, branching, and randomizatio
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure survey functionality and an optimal respondent experienc
- Clean, validate, and prepare survey datasets for analys
- Code, recode, and organize variables for reporti
- Create structured crosstabs and ensure data accuracy across multiple cu
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomali
- Perform statistical analysis using SPSS, R, or similar analytical to
- Analyze survey results to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and business insigh
- Develop research reports and executive‑ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Create charts, tables, and visualizations that clearly communicate findi
- Translate complex research data into actionable business recommendati
- ons.
Revise deliverables based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining accuracy and qual
- Own project timelines and deliverables from survey development through repor
- ting.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans proacti - vely.
Maintain organized documentation and research files throughout the project lifec
- Partner with internal stakeholders and senior researchers to refine research plans
- Support survey reviews and research evalua
- tions.
Ensure research deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expecta
- 2–5+ years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Strong experience designing and programming end-to-end surveys using Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar platforms
- Hands‑on experience applying survey design best practices and quantitative research methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Crosstabs, Data Cleaning, and Data Validation
- Experience using SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis software
- Experience working with large-scale survey datasets
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with advanced quantitative research techniques such as segmentation, regression analysis, and weighting
- Background in consumer insights, marketing research, advertising research, or technology research
- Experience creating executive‑level research reports and presentations
- Portfolio or relevant work samples demonstrating research deliverables
- Stable employment history with demonstrated long‑term
- Skills in end‑to‑end survey design and programming using Qualtrics
- Statistical analysis using SPSS, R, or similar
- Have frequent job changes or a history of short‑term employment
- Primarily possess User Experience Research (UXR) experience without strong Market Research expertise
- Do not complete the required skills assessment
- Ability to deliver accurate survey programming and high‑quality research outputs
- Produce analysis‑ready datasets and meaningful crosstabs and reports
- Identify actionable insights from quantitative data
- Manage multiple research projects while consistently meeting deadlines
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through well‑structured reports and presentations
- Independently execute end‑to‑end survey research projects with minimal supervision
