This role is full-time onsite at our Redmond, WA location and we will be moving to our new building in Bothell, WA fall 2026.
Responsibilities- Establish and applyin vitro, andin situmodels toidentifyandcharacterize novelantibodytherapeutics
- Evaluate novel pathways and mechanisms for immunological therapeutic intervention and formulate strategies for bispecific andtherapeuticcombination approaches
- Work as part of highly collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Prepare written reportsto specification and oral presentations on research projects
- Prepare documents for submission to domestic and international regulatory agencies
- Lead immuno-oncologydiscovery/preclinical projects
- Other duties as assigned
- PhDinimmunology,cancerbiologyor related field with2 - 5+ yearsof relevant academic and/or pharmaceutical or biotech experience
- Background inhumanimmunecell biology, orimmunecellreceptorsignalingresearch
- Expertise in discovery and development ofproteintherapeuticsand mammalian cell culture
- Research experienceindevelopingbispecific antibodiesispreferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written,oral,and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess the right attitude (agile, curious, positive, open-minded, “can-do” mindset), and have the ability andstrong desireto “make things happen”
- Bench top work in a BSL-2 laboratory environment, including potential exposure to biohazards
- Adherence to Health and Safety standards when working withtemperature-controlledsystems, including liquid and vapor phase liquid nitrogen
- Occasional lifting to 30 pounds
- Requires repetitive multi-channel pipetting, single channel pipetting, and computer data entry
- Fine motor movements in fingers/hands tooperatecomputers and other office and lab equipment, repetitive motion with lab equipment
- Stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, or climbing ladders
- May need to work outside of standard working hours at times
- This role is currently working onsite and is expected to work onsite for working hours, with flexibility to work start time. The work location for this role is in Redmond,WA
- Attendance and participation in national and international conferences encouraged
The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s level qualifications, experience, and skills.
