This individual will primarily support UX and human-subject research initiatives, with approximately 90% of the role centered around data collection activities. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in qualitative research methods, thematic coding, and the operational aspects of running studies, including participant management, research protocols, and IRB processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their research career who is looking to grow alongside a collaborative team while gaining hands-on experience with both in-person and remote research studies.

While the position is heavily focused on research execution rather than study design, there may be opportunities to contribute more broadly as the team expands.
