Customer Service Representative
We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy! Our CRCs greet customers, answer phones, take orders, and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.
Our pay is $16.66 per hour, plus tips

Job DescriptionThe following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.
Duties- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and maintain daily cleanliness.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
CommunicationAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills- Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly; can use a calculator as needed.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° in cooler to 90° and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500° or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
TemperamentsThe ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical DemandsStanding: Most tasks performed from a standing position. Surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces between 36” and 48”.
Walking: Generally short distances for short durations.
Sitting: Paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are two or more times a week; items may weigh up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3’×1.5’. Cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72” high.
Carrying: Large items weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces; pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds carried from storage to front of store. Trays of pizza dough weighed approx. 12 pounds carried three at a time over short distances.
Pushing/Pulling: Trays placed on dollies; stack approx. 24”–30” requiring force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station; duration approx. 30–45 seconds per bout, repeated throughout the day.
Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching: Continual reaching up, down, and forward; up to 72” to turn ovens on/off, change prices on sign, lift/lower objects from shelves. Reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes. Reach forward for toppings, ingredients, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand Tasks: Continuous eye–hand coordination. Frequent use of forearms and wrists shaping pizza dough. Manipulation a pizza peel when removing pizza from oven, and use rolling cutter. Pinching force required in assembling cardboard pizza boxes. Grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
Machines / Tools / Equipment: Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza…
