Overview

This part‑time role is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing the cash register, assisting customers, managing sales, and ensuring the store is organized.

Essential Functions
  • Open, close, and prepare the store each shift; complete a checklist.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
  • Greet customers and execute the Five Steps to a Sale.
  • Offer current promotions and special offers.
  • Provide service using , email marketing, and in‑store special orders.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and receive new shipments.
  • Reset features and promotions as directed.
  • Complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Prepare cash bank at opening and make nightly deposits at closing.
Qualifications / Basic

Job Requirements
  • One year of retail experience (or related field).
  • Enthusiasm for being an innovative, solution‑oriented leader.
  • Self‑motivated, high integrity, accountability, and reliability.
  • Experience in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Basic computer skills, POS experience, Microsoft Office, and basic math abilities.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
Job Posting Information
  • Pay Rate: $16.28 per hour.
  • Part time, up to 20 hours per week.
  • Weekends and evenings required as needed.
