LOCATION/HOURSThis is a direct contractor position, working remotely from Argentina or Brazil. Work hours are 5AM - 1PM ART/BRT, supporting Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and the Nordics.
WHO YOU AREWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative, fluent in Spanish and English, to join our global software contract renewals team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and closing subscription, cloud, and support renewals within an assigned book of business in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and the Nordics, with a focus on maximizing customer retention and ensuring a smooth, customer-friendly renewal process.
JOB SUMMARYWorking through our channel ecosystem to close renewals, you will engage and enable our partners to drive successful outcomes.
You will collaborate with channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the tools, information, and support needed to manage contract renewals effectively and reduce customer churn.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Manage and execute timely renewal of customer contracts within your assigned book of business in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and the Nordics.
- Manage and develop renewals programs with key and emerging channel partners.
- Follow-up with directly with customers on a regular basis to ensure subscription, cloud & support renewals are maximized.
- Meet or exceed both individual and team sales goals and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular development meetings with key stakeholders to improve and increase partner & customer renewal rates and revenue.
- Proactively engage directly with customers to effectively renew subscription, cloud, and/or support contracts.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through the renewals process and engage inside sales to maximize the revenue opportunity.
- Engage in customer calls on key Enterprise renewals deals to facilitate the renewal execution.
- Utilize Seagull’s specific sales process to track all assigned opportunities and effectively manage your individual sales pipeline via SFDC.
- Participate in weekly renewals pipeline reviews with manager.
- Comply with subscription and support sales processes.
- Promptly process phone, email, web form and web chat inquiries.
- Participate in the expired renewals sales process to reduce churn and increase sales.
- Discuss activities, opportunities and issues with an immediate manager on a daily or as needed basis.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or a sales-related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with queue and pipeline management.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
- Familiarity working in a channel sales environment, including coordinating with resellers, distributors, or partner‑led sales motions.
