Our client, a leading American multinational technology conglomerate, is seeking a Outbound Telesales Representative 4 to join their team. As a Outbound Telesales Representative 4, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Outbound Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Outbound Telesales Representative 4

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $20.49 - $22.61/hr.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets

• Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales roles
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
