Job Description
This role supports the Microsoft Elevate organization, focusing on education customers across the Americas. The team helps schools and institutions secure their platforms, protect student data privacy, and adopt technology solutions that improve learning outcomes while ensuring innovation and security.
Role OverviewAs part of the Education team, you will influence school purchasing decisions and help enable teachers, students, and institutions to leverage Microsoft technologies. Your work directly supports innovation in the classroom and drives secure, modern digital transformation within the education sector.

- 2+ years in telesales or inside sales, ideally in technology.
- Experience with CRM or sales management tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple leads.
- Proven collaboration with sales leadership and account teams.
- Understanding of sales processes, lead flow, and opportunity qualification.
