Overview

Our client, a leading American multinational technology conglomerate, is seeking a Outbound Telesales Representative 4 to join their team. As a Outbound Telesales Representative 4, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Outbound Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Outbound Telesales Representative 4

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $20.49 - $22.61/hr.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 3-5+ years’ experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience

• 3-5+ years  experience in K-12 Education Solution/Services Sales

• 3-5+ years experience with Executive-Level Selling & Value-Based Engagement

• 3-5+ years  of Technical Fluency in Cloud, Security, Data, or AI Solutions

• General awareness of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AI services, Azure Arc, and applying cloud solutions to K‑12 school districts
