• Act as the welcoming face of Tru Green, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Adapt sales messaging to the unique requirements of each household; no two yards are the same.
• Convert inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through.
• Cross‑sell and upsell lawn care services with precision, showing customers how to elevate their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills highly encouraged).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready.
• Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talk.
• Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset; you don’t wait to be told “go.”
• Comfortable with mobile technology; you can tap, swipe, and go.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

$31,820.00–$65,865.00. This range reflects qualifications, experience, training, and geographic location. Most candidates start in the bottom half; upper end reserved for extensive experience.
