Regional Sales Manager – Packaging Solutions

Territory:
Northwest (WA, OR, , MT, WY, AK, HI)

Remote | Travel up to 40% | Must Live in territory

Are you a packaging sales pro who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering impact?

PAC by Pro Ampac is growing, and we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who’s ready to go beyond—to drive regional growth and deepen customer connections across key markets.

At PAC, we protect what matters. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand in a high-potential region, managing existing accounts and hunting for new opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and represent a portfolio of products that lead the market.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that grow market share and profit
  • Cultivate relationships with end-users and distributors alike
  • Highlight the value of PAC’s innovative packaging solutions through compelling demos and conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer service
  • Track opportunities and progress in our CRM and deliver timely business reports
  • Represent PAC at trade shows and industry events
  • Travel throughout your territory to meet with clients and prospects
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (packaging background = major plus)
  • Proven record of sales success and high customer satisfaction
  • College degree preferred, but not required if you bring results and grit
  • Strong communication skills and self-starter mindset
  • Integrity, accountability, and initiative—you do what you say and own your outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
