Are you an outgoing, driven professional who loves connecting with people and building partnerships in your community? Stretch Lab Redmond is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our membership growth and community outreach efforts.
As the Sales Manager, you’ll work directly with the owner and GM to drive membership sales through both organic community engagement and digital marketing. Your primary focus will be generating high-quality leads that convert into paid memberships and packages, while fostering a high-performance, positive studio culture.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership- Make outbound calls daily to new and past leads.
- Visit local businesses to introduce Stretch Lab offerings and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Organize community pop-ups and events to build local brand awareness.
- Coach front desk and sales staff on consultative selling, objection handling, and relationship-building.
- Track KPIs and partner with the GM to achieve studio sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Use CRM tools to monitor daily membership and sales activities and ensure adherence to company processes.
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and digital outreach (calls, texts, emails).
- Create and manage KPIs, reports, and dashboards to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new Sales Associates.
- Step in to lead when the GM is unavailable.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team environment.
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales or customer service leadership (fitness, wellness, or service industries preferred).
- Proven success converting leads into memberships or high-ticket services.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, CRM systems, and fast-paced studio environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys engaging with people.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others feel their best.
- Available 20–30 hours per week, including one weekend day.
- Competitive base pay ($20–$22/hour) plus strong commission potential based on performance.
