As an Inside Sales Associate you will act as a vital first link between the company and prospective clients. Your primary objective is to drive revenue by generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting efforts such as cold calling, emailing and social network outreach in order to identify decision makers, qualify leads, nurture leads and secure appointments for enterprise sales management.
Operating in a fast paced, metrics driven environment you will be responsible for the pipeline management of your qualified leads as well as qualified meetings set.
- Lead Generation:
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities via calls, emails, and social media outreach daily to establish contact with prospective leads. - Qualification:
Access prospects needs, budget and purchasing timeline to determine if they are a viable fit for our products and service offerings. - Pipeline Management:
Track all sales activities, communication history and prospect data via CRM. - Relationship Building:
Overcome objectives and establish trust with prospects - Meeting Scheduling:
Set meetings with qualified leads for enterprise sales management and assist with discovery calls if needed. - Market Research:
Gather competitive insights and continuously refine your sales pitch to adapt to changing/current industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects via phone, email, social and video. - Resilience:
Highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain optimistic and persistent. - Technical Proficiency:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook. - Motivated:
Self-motivated, ambitious professional driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. - Travel:
Occasional travel may be required. - Time Management:
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while establishing priorities to meet deadlines. - Confidentiality:
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive company information.
- Daily Activity:
Number of outbound calls, emails and touchpoints made - Conversion Rate:
The percentage of prospects moved from lead to qualified opportunity - Meetings Booked:
The number of qualified meetings set per month - Revenue/ Pipeline Generated:
Total pipeline revenue and closed sales influenced as a result of prospecting efforts
