SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business

Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses, primarily focusing on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities. Develop and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets while staying abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

• Develop and expand territory, building local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Manage a high‑activity pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve or exceed monthly quota performance.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports as required.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction.
• Identify and recommend improvement areas that enhance a prospect’s communication capabilities internally and externally.
• Adhere to company standards, professionalism, and punctuality.

• 5‑7 years of relevant experience in sales of Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses.
• At least a bachelor’s degree; coursework and experience may be considered if substantial.
• Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, customer focus, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage a territory effectively.
• Basic understanding of PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location solutions.

Base Pay: $63,000.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $. This role offers potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve sales targets.
