Our client, a leading organization in the technology and sales industry, is seeking an Outbound Telesales Representative 5 to join their team. As an Outbound Telesales Representative 5, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the outbound sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong negotiation abilities.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve outreach strategies

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office applications
