. You will bridge the gap between our Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads, ensuring that human feedback for cutting‑edge Arabic AI models is not only accurate but world‑class.

• Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team‑wide improvement.
• Tactical Support: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines.

  Lead hands‑on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of Arabic dialects and AI safety.
• Workflow Orchestration: Monitor queues and identify blockers, escalating risks to Team Leads before they impact the program.
• Strategic Insights: Spot high‑level patterns in both human and model behavior, contributing directly to the evolution of project guidelines.

• Employment Type: W2 Full‑Time Employee
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Location: Washington State (On‑Site: Redmond, Seattle, or Bellevue)
• Pay Rate: 38 $ (per hour)

• Experience: 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) workflows.
• Linguistic Mastery: Professional‑level proficiency in Spanish and a University Degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
• English Fluency: B2 level or superior English to handle stakeholder syncs and technical reporting.
• Leadership Instincts: Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others; you know how to coach without micromanaging.
• Detail Obsession: A high bar for quality and the ability to stay consistent while guidelines shift in real‑time.
• Safety Mindset: Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy‑driven evaluation in a GenAI context.
