What Your Day May Look Like:

* Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

* Perform access control at security entrances / exits.

* Conduct patrols inside / outside the client's premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain depending on assignment.

* Maintain composure during urgent or high pressure situations with authorities, executives, client employees, and guests.

* Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.

* Provide detailed verbal and written reports.

* Handle sensitive and confidential information.

* Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.

* Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

* Must be 21 years of age or older.

* High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

* Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional Law Enforcement experience.

* Standard computer / technology skills needed.

* 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security required.

* Exceptional customer service experience required.

* Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.

* Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.

* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

* All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
