What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or actions in accordance with site procedures.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with post orders, company policy, and/or applicable regulations while maintaining professionalism during routine duties and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
