Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver – Redmond, WA

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and problem-solve, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, report suspicious behavior, and document security-related incidents.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and general site information while maintaining a professional presence and following post orders.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
