Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks a professional Concierge Security Ambassador to provide a high-visibility security presence in a dynamic, client-facing environment. In this role, you will control access, greet and assist visitors, monitor entrances and lobby activity, and respond to incidents while maintaining a polished, service-oriented demeanor. You will conduct patrols, complete detailed reports, support emergency procedures, and enforce site policies.

Responsibilities
- Serve as front-desk security presence, greeting and assisting visitors and employees while enforcing access control procedures
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, and security systems to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity
- Verify identification, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, reporting safety hazards, incidents, and maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and client requests, following established post orders and protocols
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients, guests, and team members in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare concise incident and activity reports using company systems and follow-up as directed by supervisors
- Support emergency response and evacuation procedures, coordinating with law enforcement or first responders when needed

- Participate in required training, drills, and ongoing professional development to maintain certifications and readiness
