We are seeking a skilled Painter / Estimator who takes pride in delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services while also confidently meeting with customers to assess projects and provide accurate estimates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on work and customer interaction

A successful candidate is:
- Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to craftsmanship
- Comfortable estimating jobs and communicating value to customers
- Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused
- Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills
- Able to manage projects from estimate to completion
- Interior and exterior painting (prep, priming, finishing)
- Surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, masking)
- Color matching and product knowledge
- Job estimation (labor, materials, timelines)
- Light drywall repair and finishing
- Basic knowledge of additional trades (carpentry, minor repairs) is a plus
- Perform high-quality residential and light commercial painting
- Meet with customers to assess projects and provide estimates
- Clearly communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Identify additional repair or improvement opportunities for customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first interaction to final walkthrough
- Must have own vehicle (truck/van preferred)
- Must have essential painting tools and equipment
- (Not required to have every tool—but must know what’s needed for each job)
- Strong estimating and upselling ability
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Clean‑cut appearance and organized work style
- Ability to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
- Commitment to punctuality, efficiency, and high integrity
- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Estimating experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
