Job Overview
Blue Compass RV is looking for a Service Technician to diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems in recreational vehicles. Engine work is not required.

- Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on RVs, including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections.
- Install RV accessories such as hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture, and more.
- Track parts and materials used and document diagnostics, causes, and repairs in work orders.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and managers regarding job status, additional needs, and timing.
- Ensure the final product meets quality standards before returning to the customer.
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Attend all paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge.
- 1+ year of experience in mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical repair (RV experience a plus).
- Comfortable using hand/power tools and working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, heights, noise).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Basic hand/shop tools required.
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trade.
- Rvti or Rvia certification.
- Experience with diagnostic software or systems used in RV maintenance.
