• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages: C/C++, C# and Python
• Windows internal/driver/graphic domain is a plus

• Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to plan, design and develop Windows Compatibility Mitigation Infrastructure to support new customer scenarios and advance platform features.
• Works with internal and external partners to understand Windows Compatibility challenges and deliver solution.
• Investigates Compatibility bugs reported from customers.
• Builds mitigation to solve Compatibility problems.
• Utilizes AI technology to improve work efficiency and develop reliable and high-performance product.
