We’re looking for an experienced Dev Ops/SRE Engineer with a strong .NET background to join our growing engineering team in Redmond. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, automating everything, and working with modern Azure cloud technologies, this role is for you.

- Build and enhance applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, React
, and Entity Framework - Develop Power Shell automation for deployments across global environments
- Manage and monitor Azure services
—cost, performance, networking, VMs, storage, AD activity, and more - Support CI/CD pipelines and maintain Azure Dev Ops workflows
- Work closely with engineering teams to maintain and improve in‑house software products
- Perform independent code reviews, write unit tests, fix bugs, and improve performance
- Identify and communicate functional or business gaps in applications
- Ensure reliable global deployments and continuously optimize cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience with .NET Core
, C#, and Microsoft stack - Strong experience with React
, MS SQL Server
, and Azure Fundamentals - Familiarity with CIS Workflow
- Experience with Azure deployments
, automation, and cloud architecture - Background integrating case management systems using .NET, C#, and Entity Framework
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and modern development practices
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in cross‑functional teams

Compensationand Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
