In this role, you will design, build, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions that support enterprise‑grade business workflows. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing primarily through hands‑on coding while collaborating with cross‑functional partners to ensure solutions meet high standards for reliability, security, and performance. The role emphasizes deep technical execution, ownership of features end‑to‑end, and the ability to operate effectively in a distributed, fast‑paced engineering environment.

Most of your time will be spent developing and improving production systems that power security‑focused, AI‑enabled applications used across large organizations.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack software solutions supporting enterprise business applications
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and data access layers with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability
• Develop intuitive user interfaces that integrate with complex backend systems
• Contribute to AI‑driven business workflow applications, integrating intelligent features into production systems
• Review, modify, and approve changes to existing databases and database management systems
• Direct and contribute to database design, including logical and physical data models
• Evaluate project requirements, estimate effort, and support delivery planning
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or modification
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement durable fixes
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure quality and maintainability
• Contribute to build, deployment, and automation pipelines to support reliable releases
• Collaborate in daily stand‑ups and limited planning meetings to align on priorities and unblock work
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade, enterprise‑scale systems
• Experience developing full‑stack applications, including backend services and front‑end components
• Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g., C++, C#, Java, Python, or similar)
• Experience working with relational databases and writing complex queries
