  Summary:
  
  As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the AI Business Strategy team, responsible for driving impactful initiatives, maintaining cohesion across virtual teams, and delivering high‑impact analytics to support the strategy team in pipeline generation and sales management.

• Own internal tools to track the development of solutions for product enhancements and escalations, ensuring field and customer timelines are met.
• Lead and manage multiple virtual teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication to achieve goals within the designated time and budget.
• Conduct regular meetings to track progress, identify action items, assign owners, and ensure follow‑up.
• Maintain a high level of priority and energy to inspire teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Utilize data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets.
• Design and maintain sales reports in partnership with Data scientists, including pivot tables and Power
  
  BI to deliver high‑impact sales performance analytics.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional data analysis capabilities, with experience in handling large databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and report generation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Adaptable, versatile leader that can make educated decisions and estimations on the go.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience in a large technology organization or a technology startup.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work in a fast‑paced environment.
