In This Role

In this role, you will serve as a senior full‑stack engineer responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining Windows‑and cloud‑based applications that support large‑scale operational and engineering workflows. You will participate in daily agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with program managers and business stakeholders to refine requirements, and translate those requirements into high‑quality, production‑ready software. You will drive technical execution across the development lifecycle — from design and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution — ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

You will also contribute to code reviews, knowledge‑transfer sessions, and overall engineering excellence within the team.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
• Review existing work items and plan development priorities within the project tracking system.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into detailed designs and implementation plans.
• Develop new features and applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Windows‑based development technologies.
• Build and maintain solutions deployed on cloud infrastructure, including application services, database services, authentication mechanisms, eventing, and containerized workloads.
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure accuracy, maintainability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Write and execute test cases to validate functionality and ensure production readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues at both the application and system level.
• Update task boards, provide regular progress reports, and proactively elevate roadblocks.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer meetings to understand business processes, system dependencies, and architectural flows.
• Contribute to ongoing engineering rhythms, planning cycles, and technical design discussions.
• Support the continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using Dev Ops pipelines and YAML configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with C# and ASP.NET for enterprise application development.
• 5+ years experience working with cloud services and infrastructure (including application deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows).
