Senior Solutions Architect, Spectrum-X Low Level

We are seeking experienced software embedded engineers to support NVIDIA’s groundbreaking networking technologies that enable AI and HPC workloads in large clusters.

• Support networking technologies such as Spectrum-X and collaborate with customers on technical challenges during pre‑sales activities.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept materials for innovative technologies for early adopters.
• Build customers’ trust, understand their needs, and help design and deploy NVIDIA networking platforms to run AI and HPC workloads.
• Address sophisticated and highly visible customer issues.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop new features for customers.
• Assist with product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing.

• 8+ years of experience with real‑time embedded computer software, knowledge of the Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.
• B.Sc., Masters., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive knowledge in, and experience with, debugging embedded software issues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and be willing to work directly with customers.
• Proven experience with firmware‑level code development for networking products.
• Background with common sideband management protocols including NC‑SI, MCTP, and RMII.

• Coding development experience with multiple programming languages (from low‑level C to high‑level languages such as Perl, Python, and shell scripts).
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure and AI workflows.
• Experience with Linux environments and Linux networking.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA DPUs, RoCE, and RDMA concepts.

Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and comparable market rates. The base salary range is $184,000‑$287,500 for Level 4 and $224,000‑$356,500 for Level 5.
