Position: Staff Product Manager - Analytics

Worldscape is a cutting-edge platform designed to unify distributed data, sensors, and intelligent agents across cloud, on‑prem, and edge environments. By combining geospatial intelligence, physics‑based 3D simulation, and reward‑driven AI, Worldscape enables organizations to build immersive digital twins for predictive modeling, scenario planning, and adaptive decision‑making. With a zero‑trust security framework, seamless integration with legacy systems, and robust developer tools, Worldscape empowers rapid deployment of agentic applications that drive resilience and efficiency in sectors like logistics, telecom, defense, and infrastructure.

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the backend platform powering Worldscape’s distributed data fabric, AI agent orchestration, and deep data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in distributed systems, AI driven orchestration, and data integration strategies, paired with outstanding product leadership and cross‑team collaboration skills. You will partner closely with product, studio, and customer success engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and reliable, predictable delivery for our customers.

This is an on‑site role located in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Be the customer champion: be the primary interface between customer needs and engineering at Worldscape, championing early customer adoption by working directly with customers and customer success engineering.
  • Define product strategy and execution for a distributed data management fabric that enables scalable data ingestion, synchronization, and analysis across complex simulations.
  • Drive adoption: have clear adoption metrics for customer satisfaction, feature adoption rate, and have a process to quickly identify and resolve friction points for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, studio, and customer success engineering teams to ensure predictable integration, deployment, and end‑to‑end customer delivery.
  • Influence platform evolution by contributing to low‑code/no‑code capabilities and innovative AI‑driven features.
Professional Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience with a strong understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture, including data ingestion pipelines, event‑driven systems, state synchronization, and large‑scale storage models.
  • Experience with data platforms and analysis tooling (e.g., data lakes, streaming systems, query engines, observability frameworks).
  • Familiarity with AI agent orchestration concepts, including task planning, workflow execution, grounding mechanisms, and safe/deterministic agent behaviors.
  • Proficiency working with backend programming ecosystems (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C#, Graph

QL) at a conceptual level to translate engineering patterns into product abstractions.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with cloud‑native technologies (containers, microservices, distributed tracing, service meshes).
  • Ability to define platform requirements that support high‑scale simulations, reasoning pipelines, and developer‑facing APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LLMs or reasoning models, applying AI to backend orchestration workflows, schema interpretation, or insight extraction.
  • Knowledge of game simulation systems, ECS architectures, or backend components that support real‑time or turn‑based simulations.
  • Background integrating data from heterogeneous sources (game clients, engines, external systems) into unified analytics frameworks.
  • Understanding of partner studio workflows and backend integration challenges, particularly in cross‑engine or cross‑platform data environments.

$140,000 - $190,000 a year

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance‑based bonuses and equity awards.
