Fullstack Development Engineer; Backend

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer with 5 years of experience developing scalable web applications, dashboards, and backend services. This role supports tools that provide visibility into satellite and subsystem health, including flight software, propulsion, power, navigation, and other operational metrics. The ideal candidate has strong Python backend expertise, frontend experience with React, JavaScript, and Type Script, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications and operational dashboards.
• Build backend services, APIs, automation, and integrations using Python.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and Type Script.
• Create solutions that monitor and visualize health metrics across satellite systems and components.
• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB to support scalable applications.
• Partner with cross‑functional engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver features.
• Support testing, automation, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Manage ad hoc requests and feature enhancements while meeting project timelines.

• 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python, React, JavaScript, and Type Script.
• Experience building dashboards, operational tools, or data‑driven applications.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern web application architectures.
• Experience working with cloud‑based technologies and services.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience supporting aerospace, satellite, IoT, or other complex technical environments.
