• At least 2 years of overall software development experience with good exposure to T‑SQL, SQL Programming, Performance Tuning, and SQL Azure.
• Responsible for ensuring overall code quality through code reviews; able to mentor team members and unblock the team on technical issues.
• Own and strive to achieve the team’s productivity and delivery timelines.
• Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in designing multi‑tier web applications, writing automated unit tests, and exposure to Agile and TDD methodology.
• Experience in estimating effort using standard estimation techniques.
• Passionate about writing highly optimized code with due consideration to performance and application stability.
• Experience in product/platform development.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse and multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of one year of education.
