Job Description

As an Android App Developer, you will be responsible for developing solutions to design, code, and enhance components across a mobile application. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality standards and share knowledge. Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance software development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week onsite in client location in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android mobile software development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building mobile apps using at least one mobile language (Kotlin, Java, etc.).
• HS Diploma/GED.

• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Experience with third party libraries and APIs.
• Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
