Hey All,Pat from Everforth here again. Working on an SDE 4 position onsite in the Seattle Area 5 days a week, can pay anywhere from 75-85/hr position is within the Microsoft Stack so C# and .Net are going to be the main technologies and any UI would come in handy as well. Level 4 means we are looking for someone senior that can be an individual contributor on the time where they need little to know help with coding efficiency and can contribute to design discussion.

Role Overview

The main function of a Software Engineer is to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs. This role involves full-stack software development, application maintenance, and automation projects. The position will support web-based tools across multiple initiatives as business needs arise, with ongoing support until ownership can be transitioned to long-term teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, prototype, and maintain web-based applications, automation solutions, and internal tools.
  • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
  • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions.
  • Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications.
  • Implement system software and customize to client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.
  • Code new programs and create test data for testing.
  • Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing.
  • Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
  • Provide quality assurance reviews and perform post-implementation validation of software.
Required Qualifications
  • Education:

    A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:

    8-10 years of experience in software engineering is required. This includes experience with large-scale systems software design and development, as well as in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.
  • Candidates must be able to work onsite five days per week.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    A solid foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design is necessary. Experience in programming with a focus on problem diagnosis and resolution is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus.
