Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to support the development of cutting‑edge AR/VR and computer vision technologies. In this role, you will develop embedded firmware, build automated test infrastructure, and create tools to evaluate the performance and quality of graphics, display, and computer vision systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain embedded firmware using C/C++.
  • Design and implement test infrastructure for hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) validation.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and system‑level tests.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Debug issues across hardware, firmware, drivers, and application layers.
  • Develop software utilities and tools for embedded platforms.
  • Support performance evaluation of graphics, display, and computer vision systems.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Create technical documentation, test plans, and validation reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in embedded software or firmware development.

Strong programming skills in C and C++.

Experience developing firmware for embedded systems.

Experience building hardware‑in‑the-loop (HIL) test frameworks or infrastructure.

Experience with CI/CD development tools and automated testing workflows.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across software and hardware environments.

Experience with RTOS and multi-threaded applications.

Python or similar scripting experience for automation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Computer Vision technologies.

Experience with Graphics and Display Systems.

Experience with AR/VR technologies and devices.

Familiarity with image and video quality analysis.

Knowledge of latency, performance, and quality measurement techniques.

Experience developing test automation frameworks for embedded products.
