Responsibilities- Gather requirements from internal software developers to learn what build or test jobs are needed
- Create concise, easy to read documents to facilitate efficient software development
- Produces production-ready code to defined specifications with assistance and review from more senior engineers
- Assists developers with converting and deploying software / services to Kubernetes environments
- Manages and monitors Kubernetes infrastructure & deployments
- Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems for development and server applications
- Collaborates with peer groups and other teams across Nintendo

- Kubernetes certification
- Communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Knowledge and understanding of software product development, related tools and testing paradigms
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes infrastructure deployment, management, and monitoring
- Experience with infrastructure creation & maintenance (VMs, Containers, Cloud-based infrastructure)
- Experience with one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, Python, or equivalent
- Experience with one of the following scripting languages:
Power Shell, Bash, Ruby, or equivalent - Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in Kubernetes application deployment or infrastructure management a plus
- Video game consoles, games, and entertainment products.
