Senior Supervisor
Senior Supervisor responsible for dispatching drivers, assigning them to the proper routes and vehicles, and ensuring the check‑in process for team members is quick, efficient, and accurate. The role includes assisting with vehicle safety checks, monitoring shuttle operations during peak arrival and departure times, filling in on an emergency basis for a driver, and ensuring all vehicles are fueled, ready for dispatch, and secured at the off‑site parking location before or at the end of the shift.
The Senior Supervisor will also ensure all team members attend and participate in daily safety huddles.
Compensation:
- $34.00 - $38.50 / Hour
- Quarterly Safety Bonus Program
- Current Trans West Supervisors will earn an additional $2.00/hour on top of their current hourly rate.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support supervisors during active operations, making final decisions on driver assignments and maintaining communication with Dispatch.
- Supervise drivers, program support staff, and additional staff, representing responsibility for 20+ employees.
- Ensure efficient pull‑out of all shuttle routes at the start of each shift to maintain on‑time and safe service.
- Assign vehicles to routes, ensure signage is current, and drivers have necessary paperwork and supplies.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on fleet management and asset movement.
- Oversee a fleet of 20+ shuttle vehicles and support vehicles.
- Review fleet condition daily and assist in scheduling repairs as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Ensure fleet cleanliness and schedule cleaning activities with drivers.
- Order and procure equipment and supplies, keeping shuttles stocked with required items.
- Cover scheduled and unscheduled absences when a driver is late to check in.
- Assist with data gathering or updating shuttle operation records.
- Conduct on‑road observations to monitor on‑time performance, customer service, and safe driving principles.
- Assist in investigating workplace crashes/injuries and enforce safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- 2+ years of driving experience with a vehicle of 10,000 GVWR or greater.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum age 21.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- CDL Class A, B, or C license.
- Passenger endorsement.
- Current/Active DOT Medical Card.
