Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming packages and shipments delivered to the facility
• Unload and organize packages received from delivery trucks and pallet shipments
• Utilize package tracking and shipment management tools to identify package destinations
• Print and apply routing labels to packages for accurate delivery
• Sort, scan, and route packages to the appropriate locations within the campus
• Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking information
• Assist with general mailroom operations and package handling activities
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming deliveries
• Follow established procedures for package handling, security, and inventory control
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient mailroom operations

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications
• Warehouse Experience
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages as required
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
