Delivery Driver

Job Overview

Domino's is looking for delivery drivers to provide safe and reliable service to our customers. Drivers will be responsible for delivering pizza, flyers, and other promotional materials while maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand representation.

• Deliver pizzas and related items to customers in the designated area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and obey all traffic laws.
• Use navigation skills to locate addresses within the delivery region.
• Process orders accurately, calculate monetary change, and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform store duties such as stocking ingredients, preparing product, taking orders, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers via phone and in person.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps and locate addresses.
• Motor coordination and ability to identify optimal routes, including navigating multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Basic math skills for quick calculation of change.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a computer or touch screen for order entry.

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Walking short distances, including through varied indoor and outdoor surfaces.
• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and stacking shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying small items (e.g., cans, sauces) and large cargo (e.g., dough trays up to 12 pounds each).
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies up to 30 pounds of force.
• Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping, bending, and crouching at workstations and for stocking shelves.
• Reaching above 72 inches to operate oven controls or change signage.
• Continuous hand tasks, including dough shaping, peel handling, and box assembly.
• Use of handheld tools such as calculators, telephones, and pizza cutters.
• Driving delivery vehicles in varying weather and traffic conditions.
