About the Role:As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the financial strength and growth of our organization. Working closely with the Corporate Accounting team, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting while contributing to key initiatives across the business. From month-end close and financial reporting to audit support and technical accounting projects, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive process improvements, and collaborate with talented teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We're looking for a curious, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and helping elevate the accounting function.
- Prepare forecasts of liquidity, including available capacity across multiple financing facilities, factoring in advance rates, collateral market values, and line utilization.
- Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze account balances and financial activity to support accurate reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with the preparation of audited GAAP financial statements and annual audit activities.
- Prepare recurring financial reports and other accounting deliverables as needed.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting for leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of technical accounting memos and accounting research.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and other initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Experience working in a multi-entity, high-volume accounting environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and process improvement initiatives.
- CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification.
- Experience in Public Accounting.
- Experience supporting external audits and preparing financial statements.

The salary range for this position is $92,000- $120,000 annually. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
