A bit about usA well‑established general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead hotel renovation and hospitality tenant improvement projects. This role will oversee on‑site execution, including phased and occupied renovations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high‑quality standards.

- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site operations.
- Coordinate phased construction in occupied environments with minimal disruption.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and site cleanliness.
- Conduct daily logs, site walks, and quality control inspections.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Partner with Project Managers on RFIs, schedules, and change orders.
- Oversee punch list completion and project closeout.
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
- Strong experience with hospitality / hotel renovations (required).
- Experience working in occupied / phased construction environments.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination.
- Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencing.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
