Impulse Space is seeking an Opto-Mechanical Analysis Engineer in California to support the development of precise optical systems for spacecraft. This role focuses on structural, thermal-elastic, and dynamic analysis of opto-mechanical assemblies.
The candidate will help ensure that optical hardware remains reliable during launch and while in orbit, working on lens barrels, detector mounts, mirror mounts, and other systems. Experience with FEA or structural analysis is essential.
