Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, including checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling meetings;
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and collaboration with branch teammates to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs while adhering to policies and procedures
