Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing sound financial advice and collaborating with internal partners.
- Engage customers in community outreach and digital/traditional banking education.
- Lead client and prospect financial reviews, uncover additional needs, and recommend solutions.
- Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer and small‑business loans.
- Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospects through in‑branch and outbound activities.
- Resolve client issues independently across digital products and services.
- Support community events, volunteerism, and sponsor ships.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of banking and/or sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in a banking or retail environment.
- Minimum 2 years in a lending function involving loan origination and processing.
- In‑depth knowledge of consumer and business products, and proficiency in consumer and business lending.
- Ability to analyze cash flow, financial statements, and market risk.
- Desire and ability to use technology across online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, mobile banking, ATM, and business banking applications.
- May operate as a Bank MLO for open‑end transactions. All MLOs must be registered under the SAFE Act.
- Pay range: $22–$33 per hour, dependent on qualifications, education, and location.
