Classified Cybersecurity Analyst - TS​/SCI

Job Overview

The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions CIDO team is seeking a novice level Classified Cybersecurity Analyst (Information Systems Security Officer) to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will work on-site, full-time at our Redondo Beach, CA location and will not have temporary or permanent relocation assistance.

• Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring activities to evaluate the security posture of the information systems.
• Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify deviations from acceptable configurations or policy.
• Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
• Assist in implementing required government policy and participate in documenting process activities.
• Work within strict program control processes to mitigate risks and support the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of systems.
• Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre‑test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports.
• Document the results of A&A activities and prepare the Risk Management Framework body of evidence.

• Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant technical experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant technical experience; or Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant technical experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant technical experience.
• Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8750 equivalent) for a Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM Level I (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, CAP / CGRC, GSLC, CASP / SecurityX, CISM, CISSP‑Associate).
• Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance to include SCI access level eligibility, based on a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years or must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program.
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph as a condition of continued employment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Security+ CE certification.
• Experience in cybersecurity compliance (e.g., Assessment & Authorization under RMF/eMASS).
• Knowledge of security tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and documentation such as NIST, JSIG, DAAG, SSPs, POA&Ms, and SCTMs.
• Current SCI with Polygraph is preferred.

Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 – $. The range is a general guideline and actual offers are based on scope of responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
