Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides administrative and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintain parts and material for various programs in Northrop Grumman – Space Sector
• Kit Work Order material for Programs
• Compile and deliver kits to Production Control
• Issue, receive or disperse parts to requesting departments
• Deliver and Receive (Locate) parts to stores areas.
• Perform inventory audits and program close out.
• Other duties as assigned

This position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.

This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3.

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving
• Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
• Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to support overtime if required.
