Your PartAs a Maintenance Supervisor (or, as we like to call it, a Facilities Manager
), you excel in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You enjoy mentoring your team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors. You are detailed, organized, and can fix another’s mistake. You know that the smallest fix makes the biggest difference. You have current or previous supervisory experience in property management.

This position offers $36.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, plus benefits.

WhatWe’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager
- Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential maintenance and grounds team.
- Deep commitment to apply your very best in both high‑energy and emergency environments.
- Calm in the face of disaster.
- Basic computer skills, namely Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- College degree is an additional advantage.
